Leak Wizard is AMAZING. I was concerned there was a leak after pool resurfacing – since we were in a drought I was not sure. The approach they took was impressive! They did find and fix the leak. Even if they did not find one I would of had peace of mind because of the thorough approach they took. My service technician Gabe was professional and had great attention to detail. He explained were the leak was and how they fixed it. He also made me aware of a potential future problem based on the skimmer type we have. He said there was nothing that needed to be done now but educated me on what to watch for. I highly recommend Leak Wizard!

I called Leak Wizard on a Wednesday, Josh was at my house on Friday doing the leak detection and one repair on Friday. He returned the following Friday to complete the repair under the slab. He did a great job and left the job site cleaner than he found it! He kept me informed through out the whole process. The office staff really does a great job with their customer service. They explained the process of the repairs in detail. I never had questions! They kept me informed through the complete process. This is the leak detection company that I’ll refer and use again if needed!

We set up an appointment, they texted a reminder the day before with a two-hour window, actually came early, after calling ahead to make sure that was OK. Jeff found and patched up the leak in the skimmer box and unclogged the vacuum port line. He did it all in under 2 hours and only charged me the per visit minimum. Best $275 I’ve spent all year!

Starting from the first contact, until the finished job, Leak Wizard staff have been very professional and courteous. Teresa is awesome in understanding the customer needs and making them understand the entire process. Jeff who came out to detect the leak was extremely knowledgeable and was able to locate the area of the underground leak. Josh came out to do the repair work and once he found out that the problem was much bigger, he immediately had another senior Tech join him. They were successful in locating the underground leaks And fixing them. This was an all-day job!! So far everything seems to be working correctly and there is no water leaking out of the pool. I would recommend these guys to anyone for their pool repairs. I have had other reputable companies come out and figure out the leak but they were unsuccessful. Leak Wizard gets an A++.

Josh was absolutely amazing! He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and friendliness. He found the leak quickly and was able to make the repairs the following day. His schedule was booked up but because I had family arriving from out of town in a matter of days, he made it work. Leak Wizard was great! Jeff and his team were very thorough. They checked the entire pool and spa and found our leak quickly. Jeff went above and beyond finding and fixing the problem. He helped us select our replacement tile and even picked it up for us. That was quite a challenge as the original spa tile was 25 years old. He was fair in his pricing and very efficient and fast at getting the job done. The spa looks as good as new thanks to Jeff and his team at Leak Wizard!

I had another company out that did not adequately repair the leak in my swimming pool. Josh from Leak Wizard was able to find and fix the problem. He explained that there was a bigger problem in the light and proposed a solution for the more expensive longer term fix – but there was no pressure to move forward with that proposal at this time. For now, the immediate problem was fixed. If and when I need to have more leak repair work done, I will certainly be calling on Leak Wizard.

Josh showed up on time, was professional, thorough and kept me informed of what he was/wasn’t finding. Very pleasant to talk with. He was able to find the small leak in the spa’s therapy jet that only leaked when the spa water level was at a certain height (jets didn’t need to be running). He discussed the options for repair. He was upfront with me that given placement of the leaking jet it would not be a cheap repair. Given that we don’t use the therapy jets he capped them for us. If we ever do want to use the jets, he left the original eyeball caps and said all we have to do is swap them out and put the caps back on when we’re done using them. I appreciated the discussion of all options available to me. Leak Wizard was cheaper ($250) versus the other company ($345) that didn’t find the leak. I will definitely use Leak Wizard again for any pool issues.

When it was determined our pool level was dropping faster than what would be expected from normal evaporation I used Angies List to select Leak Wizard to help identify the source of the problem. Within a couple of days Josh visited and addressed a couple of minor problems and called to explain what had be done. Since the water level continued to drop Jeff visited as part of their warranty and spent several hours trouble shooting. Subsequently sand began to appear in the pool necessitating a third visit. It was then that Josh determined the pump suction line had separated from the skimmer bottom. Neither a normal occurrence nor one easily identified. Josh was able to quickly get us scheduled and did an amazing job not only in replacing and plumbing in a new skimmer but in matching the surface texture of the repaired area to that of the surrounding deck. He truly was interested in making any evidence of a repair disappear and did an outstanding job. The repair took two days and after each the area surrounding the job was left very clean and upon completion of the job he took time to vacuum some material which had fallen into the pool. Before departing he ensured that everything was working properly. Unlike some tech who do not like to share what they are doing Josh very patiently explained what he was doing and politely answered all questions asked. He truly takes pride in his work and seeks to ensure the customer is happy with the work performed. Would highly recommend Leak Wizard.

Bought a house with a pool recently. Have never owned a pool before, so when I discovered it was leaking I had a major panic attack.
